Delivery

We ship from Penang, Malaysia to anywhere in Malaysia & Singapore destinations with Pos Malaysia. For other international destinations, please forward your queries about shipping to email: info@lorongandlane.com. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment have been received.

PENANG

Penang - Local Pick Up available at designated location. This option allow customers to self-collect order in-store i.e.

KIWE @ Hin Bus Depot, 31A, Jalan Gurdwara, 10300 George Town, Penang ( opening hours Tue - Sun, 11am-6pm)

MALAYSIA

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 days for East Malaysia and 7-14 days for West Malaysia

Malaysia - Free Express shipping with tracking (Poslaju) for orders RM80.00 and above.

Malaysia - Express shipping with tracking (Poslaju): from RM7.00 onwards

SINGAPORE

Estimated Delivery: 14-28 days for registered mail and 7-14 days for express mail.

Singapore - Pos Malaysia Registered Mail with tracking: from RM25.00 onwards

Singapore - Pos Malaysia (Asiaxpress) Express Mail with tracking: from100.00 onwards

We will not be responsible for consequential losses arising from late delivery and/or delays caused by payment transaction, customs clearance, natural disasters or any service disruptions beyond our control. We are not to be held responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address, nor do we take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time. Please note that some countries charge import duties, VAT, handling fees or other taxes for merchandise which are all the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Tracking & Signing upon Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email  informing your order has been shipped and your order tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the status of shipment to be correctly displayed at the tracking website link here.

Malaysia - Please ensure there is someone at the address to sign for the package. In case there is no one at the point of delivery, Poslaju will leave a notification card in your letter box with instructions on how to collect the package from their collection office within next 7 days. 

Singapore - Please ensure there is someone at the address to sign for the package. In case there is no one at the point of delivery, the respective countries postal services will leave a notification card in your letter box with instructions on how to proceed for next collection/delivery.

Refund & Exchange

We do not offer refunds but all faulty or wrongly send items can be exchanged within 7 business days from delivery confirmation. For exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Once your returned purchase is received, we will notify you via email and exchange within 7 days.

Payment & Security

We accept Paypal or credit card. At checkout, you will be directed to a page for you to either pay by Paypal or credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via credit card.  This website e-commerce is powered by Shopify which provides PCI compliant shopping cart and hosting keeping all customer's information data secure. https://www.shopify.my/pci-compliant
