Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received. Please allow 3-7 days for domestic deliveries and 2-4 weeks for international deliveries.

We will not be responsible for consequential losses arising from late delivery and/or delays caused by payment transaction, customs clearance, natural disasters or any service disruptions beyond our control. We are not to be held responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address, nor do we take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time. Please note that some countries charge import duties, VAT, handling fees or other taxes for merchandise which are all the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Tracking & Signing upon Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email informing your order has been shipped and your order tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the status of shipment to be correctly displayed at the tracking website link here.
Malaysia (Domestic) - As it is a registered mail, please ensure there is someone at the address to sign for the package. In case there is no one at the point of delivery, Poslaju will leave a notification card in your letter box with instructions of how to collect the package from their respective office within next 7 days.
International - As it is a registered mail, please ensure there is someone at the address to sign for the package. In case there is no one at the point of delivery, the respective countries postal services will leave a notification card in your letter box with instructions on how to proceed for next collection/delivery.
Refund & Exchange
We do not offer refunds but all faulty or wrongly send items can be exchanged within 7 business days from delivery confirmation. For exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Once your returned purchase is received, we will notify you via email and exchange within 7 days.
